Players should arrive 15 minutes before practice so they have time to change into gear, fill water bottles, and be ready to start on time. Bring full kit — shorts, socks, shin guards, indoor shoes, and a water bottle. If your player can’t attend, please mark them as “Unavailable†in Team Ramp at least 24 hours in advance whenever possible.
