We understand that sometimes things outside of your control can have an impact on your life unexpectedly. The VSA tries to be sympathetic and empathetic to your individual circumstances. That said, we also have certain implications that impact us on a club level, and financial obligations that must be met. Therefore, we have adopted the following Indoor Season Refund Policy which individual clubs and communities may choose to implement in their own operations under the VSA.
If a player is withdrawn -
a) During registration up and until the registration window is closed: 100% Refund.
b) After the registration window has closed but before team placements are created: 75% Refund.
c) After teams are formed but before the player enters the field for either training or game: 50% Refund.
d) After the player has been placed on a team and has participated in an on-field session: 25% Refund
e) After more than 25% of scheduled season games/sessions have been played: No Refund
